Each of your Keeper’s training sessions is designed specifically for them, and based upon their immediate and long-term goals, current skills, and opportunity areas for improvement.

Every session is intended to safely push your Keeper beyond their self-perceived limits while increasing their confidence and stamina.

The primary focus of every session is learning proper techniques and training for “habitual” excellent execution of each technique.

Initial Goalkeeper Evaluation

BEGIN HERE!   If you are new to Keeper Coach, an Initial Goalkeeper Evaluation is required prior to scheduling your Personalized Private Training Sessions. The information this evaluation provides is necessary for creating training sessions custom-tailored to your specific goals, skills, and needs. The evaluation usually takes 90-120 minutes and can be spread over two days. Once the evaluation has been completed you will receive a detailed written report along with a DVD of any portion of the evaluation session(s) that were recorded.

One-Time Single Training Session

If you have a specific skill or technique you wish to train for a single training session with Keeper Coach…OR…You’ve received your Initial Goalkeeper Evaluation Report and would prefer to “test drive” the training Keeper Coach offers prior to scheduling your Personalized Private Training Sessions…a One-Time Single Training Session is available for 60 minutes.

Personalized Private Training Sessions

Once you’ve received your Initial Goalkeeper Evaluation Report your personalized training program will be created in 60-minute sessions. Because I have numerous existing private clients and am also the Keeper Coach for Dynamo SC Select/Travel Program’s Goalkeepers, there are a limited number of available time slots for Personalized Private Training Sessions. Please don’t hesitate to advance schedule as many sessions as possible to ensure you receive the amount of training you desire.

    2-5 Training Sessions……………….……..…..$40/session

Small Group Tuesdays & Thursdays Sessions

For the past two seasons I have hosted a 60-minute training session scheduled for the hour immediately before Dynamo SC Select/Travel early practice sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These sessions are intended to give the serious Keeper up to two additional hours of training each week in a small group setting. This season the group size will be limited to eight Keepers to ensure quality training sessions.

***Please note…Due to the increasing requests for Personalized Private Training Session, it may become necessary to discontinue Small Group Tuesdays & Thursdays Sessions.
