Next to the time your Keeper spends in the goal during actual games, there is no better time spent than one-on-one with a Keeper Coach.

Coaching

Initial Goalkeeper Evaluation  (1 Keeper only)          $95/Evaluation

THIS is where you begin!! A 90-120 minute skills evaluation to determine overall skill sets, deficiencies, strengths & opportunities for improvement...after which you will receive a 3-page inclusive report on every aspect of your goalkeeper's current status and recommendations on how to proceed. This allows us to create a personalized custom training program for your goalkeeper to achieve the greatest growth in the shortest time. This Initial Evaluation is a pre-requisite for new clients scheduling Personalized Keeper Coaching and a valuable tool for assessing progress.

  • Intended to supplement your club's or school's Goalkeeper Practice, but not replace it. Designed to teach your goalkeeper in a one-on-one setting the many nuances you simply don't have time for during your club's Goalkeeper Practice.
  • This is not "cookie-cutter coaching".
  • Personalized 1-hour sessions are created to provide technical & tactical instruction & analysis and address opportunities for improvement specific to the individual goalkeeper. 
  • When beneficial,video recording with laptop playback is utilized on the field to better illustrate poor & proper techniques. 
  • 10+ Weekly Coaching Sessions required advance scheduling for all 10 sessions to ensure you aren't left out any week.
  • 5+ Private Coaching Sessions may be scheduled as desired throughout the season subject to availability. We recommend you at least schedule your first three sessions with us in advance. We'll be flexible when you need us to be. 


Game Performance Observation & Critique                  $125/Game

  • Your Keeper's performance is closely observed & video-taped for an entire game.
  • A detailed written evaluation is provided to the Keeper and his/her coach with recommendations for improvement.
  • A review of the tape is performed with the Keeper.
  • This invaluable approach allows your Keeper to see themselves doing what you've described...correctly or incorrectly. Seeing IS believing!                                                                                   

Two Keeper Coaching - "Bring a Friend"               $25/hr./Keeper

  • Many Keeper techniques are better demonstrated and learned when there are two goalkeepers present to work together.
  • "Bring a Friend" sessions are not intended to replace Private Coaching, though they can be structured as such if desired.                    


    Small Group Coaching     (3+ Keepers)                    $20/hr./Keeper 

    • Create your own "mini camp" for all of your club's Keepers.
    • This can be scaled to address needs you've identified, or technical & tactical analysis can be provided in addition to coaching.
    • Give us a theme that your club's Keepers struggle with and let us design sessions to address them.
    • We have several Small Group Agendas we can offer based upon players' ages, skillsets, and level of competition.

SPRING

Spring Break - Join us for a 5-Day Group Keeper Clinic!
This Spring Break we will be hosting a 5-Day Group Keeper Clinic! The cost is only $95!

  • Each session will last 60 minutes and is intended to be a mid-season "tune-up".
  • Topics covered will include positioning, hand techniques, dives, and distribution.
  • Each participant will receive one FREE Keeper Coach t-shirt.
  • Payment is required in full at time of registration.
  • Registration deadline is March 1, 2010.
  • The clinic will be held at Hanover County's Courthouse Park on Route 301.

 

 

SUMMER

Summer Break - Get some quality one-on-one time!This Summer we're hosting PERSONALIZED 5-Day Keeper Clinics! The cost is only $140!

  • Each session will last 60 minutes and be totally focused upon YOUR Keeper one-on-one!
  • Day One will be an evaluation (a $95 Value!) which will allow us to determine  your training needs for Days Two-Five.
  • OR if you prefer, you can tell us which skills you want to focus on for your five days of personalized training.
  • Each participant will receive one FREE Keeper Coach t-shirt.
  • Payment is required in full at time of registration.
  • Registration deadline is May 1, 2010.
  • Sessions will be held at Hanover County's Courthouse Park on Route 301.
