KEEPER COACH
Goalkeeper Clinics, Camps, & Private Coaching
For the Goalkeeper or "Keeper", few things in life rival the thrill of the save, the look from a dejected attacker, or the rush of "flying" for moments that seem like minutes. We're a rare breed of athlete with highly specialized skills. Just like the baseball pitcher and the football quarterback, we deserve and require training, coaching, and mentoring unique and tailored to our position and attributes. Keeper Coach visits Haiti!

If you're a Goalkeeper...You need a Keeper Coach!

Allow me to introduce myself...I'm "Coach Bob"
and I'm a Keeper Coach.
I currently hold State, Regional & National diplomas from the NSCAA Goalkeeping Institute, and State, Regional, & Advanced Regional diplomas from the NSCAA Coaching Academy. I also have a USSF "E" coaching license. I am First-Aid & CPR certified and plenty experienced.
I have coached for 9 years in the recreation and select/travel ranks, and am currently the Goalkeeper Coach for a Richmond area soccer club's select/travel program.

I played Goalkeeper for 24 years on school, recreation, select/travel, and men's teams. I offer experience from competing in over 600 games on natural grass, turf, indoor, beach and asphalt surfaces. I've been blessed to be the Goalkeeper on 10 different championship teams and honored by them as their MVP twice.
I know firsthand the joys of making saves, the dread of allowing goals, the agony of playing through injuries, and the thrill of "flying". So when I say "I know how you feel"...I truly do!

There is nothing you'll need to know about the art of Goalkeeping that I can't teach you...as long as you meet me half way.

Coach Bob and two other coaches visited Haiti in June 2010 to deliver donated soccer uniforms, balls, and equipment to 21 orphans and conduct soccer clinics for them and local residents.
